I use "MM - Dreamweaver MX 2004" well, new dreamweaver(what is? when next?) is much better than this ? Is needed upgrade (express) ?

The version your using is fine. CS3 is the new version but if I were you I would become comfortable with alot of the features on MX and when you feel you've maxed it out then think about the upgrade.

Just my 2 cents.

Learn to use MX2004 properly and that means learning HTML and CSS.

You can't keep changing software every time you can't get something to work. It's not the software's fault. You don't understand what you're doing with it. Learn it properly.
