I try upload [with: ftp host:ftp://www.polis-land.com & Host directory:/dialup/ =thenewfolder]but shows error [when press test at advanced > remote info] : An FTP error occured - cannot make connection to host . The remote host cannot be found.

I made a screen shot for it in DW MX. If you can not connect to your server your setting are not correct. Check if all is ok. A new folder or file should not prevent from getting connected. I am not using the ftp portion in DW. I rather use a separate program (Filezilla). Gives you much more flexibility with you up and downloads, including file permissions if you ever need them.
