Link to anchor on seperate page - 12/28/2007 8:22:12
Hi I have had a look on the board and cant find an answer to my question so I thought I would post it myself. I have a long page of data and would like to link to particular areas on the page from a menu on another page. I would like the page to open with the selected area at the top of the page. I am used to having links to anchors from a menu on the same page but is it possible to have a similar arrangement across seperate pages.

Hi and Welcome to OutFront Sure you can. Just set the bookmarks on the target page, put the link to the target page on the first page, and add the anchor to it in the HTML/code View: <a href="targetPage.asp#anchorName"> EDIT: I don't use DW, but that's one way. That help any?
