Submit Form generates email & file but doesn't display ... - 1/4/2008 12:19:22
Good Morning and greetings from Southern Cal. As a first time user, we've completed a brand new 40 page website and have this one last page to conquer - the submit information form. We've created the form using the wizard and once the user submits the form data, the FP confirmation page appears onscreen but although the correct field names appear - the data is empty. Also, the text file being generated provides the appropriate field names but the resulting data is also empty. We're so close but yet so far...Below is the detail. Please help.

<FORM METHOD="POST" ACTION="--WEBBOT-SELF--" onSubmit="" name="RFP_Form"><!--WEBBOT BOT=SaveResults S-Email-Format="TEXT/CSV" S-Email-Address="jr1@pactime.com" B-Email-Label-Fields="TRUE" B-Email-ReplyTo-From-Field="TRUE" S-Email-ReplyTo="Thank you for submitting your Request for Proposal. " B-Email-Subject-From-Field="TRUE" S-Email-Subject="Pacific Time Systems - Web Site Inquiry" S-Date-Format="%m/%d/%Y" S-Time-Format="%I:%M %p" S-Builtin-Fields="REMOTE_NAME REMOTE_USER HTTP_USER_AGENT Date Time" U-File="RFP.csv" S-Format="TEXT/CSV" S-Label-Fields="TRUE" B-Reverse-Chronology="FALSE" S-Form-Fields="Contact_Name Title Company Address City State Zip WorkPhone Email " startspan
--><input TYPE="hidden" NAME="VTI-GROUP" VALUE="0"><!--webbot bot="SaveResults" endspan i-checksum="43374"--><p></p><p></p><p>        <input type="submit" value="Submit" name="ButtonSubmit"><input type="reset" value="Reset" name="ButtonReset"></p></form></body></html></tr></table></td></tr></table></td></tr><tr><td height="47" align="center" background="images/end_bg.jpg"><table width="936" border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0"><tr><td width="212" align="left"><img src="images/end_image1.jpg" width="212" height="47" /></td><td width="677"><span class="copyrighttext">Copyright ©2008 Pacific Time Systems. Seems like you are working on two different problems (the confirmation field) and the CSV file?

On the confirmation field - make sure that the webbot name is the same name as your input names. The default is usually like T1, but most people will name these things like name, address, etc.

Also make sure that you are publishing to a web server that supports FPSE
