It is interesting. Somebody needs to tell him that white text on a mustard background is really hard to read.

It's all tables. Why? That is such a simple layout.

Errrrr You think he deigned that himself? Take a look at the client sites, in particular, Sandy Spring Bank. I detect a different hand or a non existent development budget.

oh i only had a very quick look - i just thought it looked nice with a good layout (well barring the tables of course...). oh well
