domains names can be other than english[eg russian letters] ? where I register russian letters domains ?
how I get email addresses of type: "leonidas savvides"@polis-land.com ?
what ip address i may use[where find it?] in place of domain in an email address ? leonidassavvides@[xxx.xxx.xxx.xx]

No Domain names are in standard Latin characters with .ru on the end.

You register russian domains with Russian domain registrars. RU-NIC. Google for them.

Go to your host account control panel and set one up.

Your IP address will have been given to you in your welcome email from your host. It should also show up in your host account control panel.

No you cannot use it in an email address.

if you use firefox and put in the url in crylicc (russian) characters, it will convert the title bar to something like xx--egdljhhgw.com, which you can then register at and registrar.

so if someone types the russian word and hits enter (in firefox- not IE) then they would be transferred to your site, based on its ASCII letters.

I have successfully done this with foreign languages.
