Ok, I figured out how to put the forum threads on the home page. I took the code:
<!--webbot bot="Include" tag="BODY" u-include="_Forum/tocproto.htm" -->
and put it in the script. Would anyone know how to tweak the code to just return a certain number of posts?
I built the discussion forum in the wizard.

What you are including is a page - you cannot tweak it to include a certain number of posts. You should consider using a forum software (vBulletin, phpBB, SMF, Snitz, WebWiz, etc) and then you can limit the number of posts on the home page
