Hi Dave
File > Import and Export > Select "Export to a file" > Next > Select Personal Folder File (.pst) > Next > Highlight Inbox (assuming this is what you want to save) and check "Include Subfolders" to capture everything > Next > and save it.
I do not let it be saved to the default Outlook Archive Folder as it's buried about 10 levels deep [;)] I create my own a little closer to the surface.
Just my way, someone else may do it differently.
