Mike54 Posts: 4782 Joined: 3/26/2001 From: Way Up Over Status: offline	RE: office outlook 2007/8 backup - 1/8/2008 5:52:14 Hi Dave File > Import and Export > Select "Export to a file" > Next > Select Personal Folder File (.pst) > Next > Highlight Inbox (assuming this is what you want to save) and check "Include Subfolders" to capture everything > Next > and save it. I do not let it be saved to the default Outlook Archive Folder as it's buried about 10 levels deep I create my own a little closer to the surface.
