bughaus -> Problems with DWT modifying form fields (1/23/2008 5:04:24)

Recently we moved our site from shared borders to DWT. We have on our DWT in the uneditable region a search engine form with three hidden field names - id, mode, pid. On each page on the site that has a product to order is another form to transmit info to the shopping cart - this has quite a few hidden field names - one also being ID. When we added the DWT to the site, it kept changing the ID on the shopping cart to ID0 which caused to not work. If this was fixed where both forms had an ID field, the cart will then try to send the info to the search engine instead of the URL it's supposed to. These weren't a problem with shared borders. Any ideas on how to fix?
