5xx - server errors - 1/24/2008 11:43:12
Gurus, 2 days ago changed hosting service as old one (I-web solutions) gone bust and now have some "sexy stats" available via SmarterStats Professional Edition 3.2.2602. which I didn't have before. Getting aquainted with the package I see that I have a few 5xx server errors cropping up on the reports These refer to a number of .asp pages and also to a directory folder. As far as I and the users are concerned everything is working AOK. How can I determine what is causing these errors? (or should I post this query on the ASP forum??) TIA Cheers Bernie

It is probably best to post any specifics you have relating to the errors (error number, file associated with it, IP, time, etc..). What pages give you the error? Which errors do you see? Does it happen at the same time every day?
