AFAIK, cookies for all Browsers are stored in the "Cookies" subfolder under "Documents and Settings" (Administrator Name).

OK, gotcha. Here are the steps for Internet Explorer 7:

(1) From the Tools menu, select Internet Options.

(2) Under "Browsing History", click Settings.

(3) Click View Objects or View Files.

For other Browsers/IE prior to 7 versions, check for their version of "Tools" and go from there.

I don't know why this is so important to you since the information passed-on previously allows you to view/otherwise control (including the deletion of) cookies.

The Windows operating system, based what little KB poking around I've done, appears to be the repository for all cookie traffic regardless of browser type.

BTW, you can view cookies in FireFox by installing an extension - see: http://www.bitstorm.org/extensions/view-cookies/

I can see where lsfphelpls is coming from. I also would like to find the same thing. Firefox also allows this, and it is the quick and easy way to view cookies. As a web developer viewing cookies for the sites you work on in an easy fashion is VERY invaluable.

You did answer his question, per say, and if absolutely needed it would suffice, but I can see where he is coming from needing an easier built in interface like Firefox and Opera.

Probably mentioned here before but Ie Developer Toolbar will provide this--still a somewhat klunky interface.
