You need to use a valid DOCTYPE and valid code otherwise you're relying on various browsers' error handling routines which are all different.

I mean make either a valid HTML page or a valid XHMTL document - whichever, doesn't matter as long as you use the correct doctype and the correct markup.

I wouldn't centre the form inputs - makes them too hard to read. For most things left-aligned is much better. You've got a 170px wide table inside a 167px wide table... You don't really need a table anyway but still - make sure the measurements fit and then keep the form elements left aligned.

THE FORM ELEMENTS are in a table with 7rows...which this table is in another table with one cell ... well i want first table [with 7rows] to be centered/middled in the cell but form elements stll left aligned... in other words I want alignment of the cell contains , what to use (html element properties] ?

inner table [=7rows] seems aligned center in relation to <form> borders , i want it in relation to parent table [=mono cell] , how ?
