Dreamweaver 8 VIDEOS Question... - 2/5/2008 17:08:32
My Dearest Online Community :)

I have recenently created my very first webpage with Dreamweaver Version 8, and I had two questions actually.

1. Can anyone explain to me what I might be doing wrong? I have this page that I created, and I added some flv. videos to the page. When I test the page in a browser, all the videos are visible and they play when I hit the play button. When I upload the page on my server however, the videos are not visible, and thus unplayable. I mean: HEEELLLPPP ;)

2. How can I create an email inuiry form using Dreamweaver Version 8? I looked online for help regarding these questions, but I haven't been succesful finding any info.

Can anyone out there help me out? THANKS to all in advance ;)

You'll have to give us a link otherwise it's hard to tell.

Simply the best, most accessible and generally spam-killing form I've come across is Mike Cherim's form. You will need PHP on the webserver. It looks more complex than it is - there are very good instructions and Mike is very friendly and helpful. It basically does all the work for you - you just add in a few variables (e.g. the email address and the website name) and you're off!
