Personally I'd use Flash / Swish as I think (and I may be wrong) that you're less likely to run into player issues.

Hi,
I would highly recommend buying sorensen squeeze for flash. Its superb and gives the best quality compressed video i've come across. Not too expensive either if it's something you're going to use regularly.
