How do I make my site appear centered in web browser. Right now it shows up flush left. I want it to be directly in the middle of a browser page.

You will need to center align your table. In Frontpage, right click on your table and choose "table properties" and set the Horizontal Alignment to "Center"

Center a Website in FrontPage shows the above method as well as a CSS method that you might consider
