4Ds -> How do I change a link based on the date? (3/10/2008 18:05:13)

I want to show a document (ie. current-events.htm or march-events.htm or 03-events.htm) when a user clicks on "What's happening this month?". Then on the first of the next month, the file for that month appears, instead of the prior version. I need to have the files set up in advance, and the hyperlink change when today's date changes.
Today is 3/10. This month points to march-events.htm and next month points to april-events.htm.
However, on 4/1, this month needs to point to april-events and next month points to may-events.htm. And we need to have the code make this change, not by have a person change the code.
