Product Reviews helping SE placement - 3/15/2008 12:21:47
What do y'all think of adding a feature to your (or your clients') websites allowing product reviews?
I heard that it can help natural SE listing, because the pages are more frequently updated with relevant content.
Of course, the downside is, bad reviews on certain items can decrease sales. But then again, I guess these items shouldn't be sold anyway.
Thoughts, anyone??

I have seen studies stating that product reviews help conversion rates but I've never seen anything that says it increases SEO (altho it would take me a while to find them again). However, fresh content relevant to the page always helps in Google's eyes.
