If you use a windows machine those folders may be located in your 'Recycle Bin'

No, they weren't in my recycle bin; of course that's the first place I looked. See, I didn't delete them from the folder iteself (like, it was in Documents, so I *didn't* just open Documents and then delete the folders from there), but from Frontpage, when you open the program and it shows the list of all your folders and files? I highlighted a bunch of folders and hit delete all from there. Does that make sense?? So there was nothing in my Recycle bin at all. =( It's like they just...vanished. =/

You also might check www.archive.org - they sometimes will have a few. Most web host providers though do offer some type of back up system.
