Tailslide -> RE: Video Conversion (3/25/2008 3:56:54) There are a few free ones around like this: http://media-convert.com/convert/ Also you should have a look at Swish Video 3 (trial version) and Wimpy player. I've recently used Swish Video 3 to turn a MPEG film into a Flash film with moderate ease (I've got very little experience with Flash or video). You've got a load of file options within that as far as what you want the end product to look like (you can even add controls).

Then I went into Dreamweaver inserted a flash movie, etc. I uploaded my new flv file along with all the extra dreamweaver components. Now when I go to my page, I get a blank box.
