Anyone have any idea of how to setup the navigation bar, (using Front Page), so that when a user holds the mouse pointer over a page title, a new smaller window displays with more page choices? Thanks, Dr. S.

I don't think there is anything in FP. You'd either need to replace the menu with some javascript or you can use CSS. This thread will help you with the latter. For javascript, Google for dropdown menus or flyout menus.
