The site looks professional. Well done. Color combinations on the site look good. There are some grammatical errors that you may wish to correct on the site. Some examples include the following.
1. " Somebody are looking for you ! Join now !"
2. "International single girl woman free online internet dating service site".
I do not believe it is a problem with my internet connection, but the pages from the web site take a while to download.
All the links on the page (at least the ones I have checked) seem to be fine.

There is nothing to tell the user about the ownership of the site, eg where it is based, who owns it or a privacy statement. As you are displaying personal information then at the very least you should outline your data protection policy with regard to the laws of the country in which you are based.
Likewise your Contact page gives no information about site ownership or location. I would not be inclined to use your site at all for these reasons.
Technically -
Failed validation with 60 errors
You have no title attribute in the head - any of them and there are a few!
Your copyright link just goes back to your home page so what's the point of it?
