Layout-Layer position issue - 4/9/2008 14:17:54
Hey there,
Been working on a website using frontpage. Ive been using tables for the layout but i found it annoying that i was unable to position my text and images so i threw some layers into the tables. Im new to layers and am having issues positioning them. When the browser is the same size their position is perfect. However, when the browser changes size the layers re-position themselves.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Heres my site:help!

Unfortunately, this makes one believe that you can design a website, but in my opinion, a website is developed with code. I did not take a look at your site - but chances are pretty good that each <div> is absolutely placed. This will cause problems - some of them you have already ran into.

If you do not like tables to develop your website and you are going to rely on <div> and CSS, chances are better that you let the elements fall into place as the browser loads your document.
