I'd add some more useful key phrases into the title tag - currently it's just "pcteckonline" - maybe something like "Information and technology Security | PCTeckonline | Welcome" would be better. Google likes the title tag. Also - you don't have a H1 tag for your main page title - Google loves those. Currently you just have "pcteckonline" in a H3 tag. Put it in a H1 tag instead - preferably with your key phrase from the title as well (you can stick a span around the rest of the phrase and style it how you want). The other thing that I've noticed on quick inspection - how much of your site is just Flash videos? If it's a high percentage then from Google's point of view there isn't much actual content. You might want to consider having actual text on each page repeating what the Flash video is saying. If from Google's point of view a very high percentage of your content is ads as opposed to actual content (by that I mean text) then I think it will assume it's just another one of those ad-rich, content-poor sites. Also - and I don't know this for a fact, but it's a popular theory - Google doesn't read the whole page, it reads a certain amount of lines. Your actual content (not links or ads or a search box) are down on line 287. Partly that's because you're using tables and tables just take up a load of room - but you could try to neaten out the code so that it literally takes up less space. As I say - I have no proof that this is an issue - it's just something that is often reported as being one.

Thanks for all the info, well doing my own reading I've found that yes one of the more important things is to have a descriptive title tag, also I've read that google crawls the content of your meta tags... thanks www.pcteckonline.org

Yes I think I mentioned the title tag. It's a good idea to use the meta tags but as far as I understand they don't hold the importance that they once did.
