Help with Site - 4/16/2008 23:20:35
Hi everyone!

I am not frontpage guru by any means and was hoping you could help me with my site. I seem to be having a few issues and i am not sure how to fix them.

http://www.actsco.org

www.actsco.org

1) I have attempted to use tables to center the site but on larger res monitors its aligns center left and not true center like i was hoping.
2) On the printing page under "products" it views fine in IE but the table gets all messed up in firefox. For Some reason its the only page that is doing this.
3)On the Contact us page i have tried to fit the form in the best that i could without changing the table size. It aligns ok in some browsers but it doesnt in others. :(

Thanks in advance. i really am not good at this and i am open to any suggestions

You've given the outer table a width of 74%. Try giving it a width of 100%.

you have a few typos and grammatical errors too in your pages - you might want to give them a quick check over. nice looking site though and your logo is one of the best i've seen using the CMYK based idea!

Thanks for your replies. I tried setting the table width to 100 percent and it actually forced the table to be left justified, so i tried setting it to 0percent and it now works fine.

Typos and grammer will be fixed as the text there is just temp until i get the site working as it should.

I am still stock with the last 2 points though..

2) On the printing page under "products" it views fine in IE but the table gets all messed up in firefox. For Some reason its the only page that is doing this.
3)On the Contact us page i have tried to fit the form in the best that i could without changing the table size. It aligns ok in some browsers but it doesnt in others.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Ben

You've got a ton of coding errors in there. It's not too hard to make IE do what you want but it's harder to make the more modern browsers such as Firefox or Opera or Safarai (actually any of them except IE) to look how you want unless you code correctly. With that many errors it's difficult to give you an easy answer as there's so many possible things to cause the issue.
