Registration question - 4/20/2008 13:40:35
I have about 150 users now & this is the first time I've had this question presented.

I had someone contact me this morning & they were not able to register. The login program would redirect them to the index page.

Thinking that she might not of filled out something correctly or some type of glitch I registered her & personally activated her account through the admin program.

I don't have IP banning on!

She tried to logon & it sent her again to the index page & not allowing her to log on.

I am able to log into her account, but she can not.

She has an aol account, but I have many aol users.
Very strange...Is there something she can do.

It may be her browser is locked down and doesnt u=allow the use of sessions or cookies?
It may pay to ask what she is using (AOL / firefox / IE etc) as its more than likely the way the client program is set up

Just check what they are using first (if you can contact them)
The fact that you registered them and they still couldnt login does suggest they have something on their machine that isnt set up
