user log in question - 4/30/2008 9:11:03
I had an email from a user this morning that they couldn't log in. And haven't been able to for about a week.

(He has registered & has been using the site before) I asked what browser & also to clear history/cookies/cache

In this week time this is what I've changed. Accesslevels/successpage

Unique Redirect: NOT checked
LOGIN Success page : /myaccount.asp

I just wanted to redirect people to their login page.

All users have accesslevel of 0 (default)

I do have in the myaccount page where if accesslevel or 2 or 3 then show this code (actually is a hyperlink to the page where they can edit their dog).

If accesslevel 1 or 3 show this code (same as above, just a hyperlink to the page where they can edit their stud dogs).

I have a couple of services for people.

Now I am able to logon to my site in multiple browsers using his username & password.

My activity on the site is down just a little so I am wondering if others are having this problem.

Am I thinking correctly on asking him to clear everything & try again or is there something I can do on my end?

Do I need to just edit the success.asp page with the myaccount.asp information???

The person was sent to

http://huntinglabpedigree.com/?domainfailed

I do have domain checking checked...

What can I do to fix this or help users through this.

Yes, turn the domain checking off. There are always some cases when it is not effective.
Ive turned it off permanently in my current version
