What browsers/versions do you test with? - 5/3/2008 17:01:16
After the snafu with IE 'white spaces', I realize I need to load several browser versions for testing purposes.
Aside from Firefox and IE current versions, what else should I consider?
I did attempt to download IE6, and got a msg stating that since I have IE7 it won't load IE6...how to I get both on 1 machine?
Regards, Scotty

I test in IE5, 5.5, 6, 7, Firefox, AOL (urgh!), Opera, Safari (mac), Opera (mac) and Camino(mac).

To test in multiple versions of IE you need to download this http://tredosoft.com/Multiple_IE You can have anything from IE3 upwards on the same machine.

I invested in a lovely little ibook with the excuse of using it for testing. Previous to that I used Browsercam which did screenshots and remote use of different platforms - good but cost around $30pa. There is this:http://browsershots.org/ which offers screenshots in different browsers, but you can't beat actually seeing how things (especially things like dropdowns!) work in these browsers.
