May use tooltip at:
http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex4/imagetooltip.htm
for a mouseout/mouseover effect on a drop down menu ? I try but i can only mouseover a drop down for other effects eg change value of a html form text box [http://www.polis-realestate.eu/test/test.htm]?
I try unsuccessfully the two codes below ... tooltip code follows ?

Please note that onmouseover to change textbox work but to appear tooltip no work,... you mean it will no work the tooltip anything i do ?

It's like that for a reason - forms should be in the expected format so that people don't get confused.

Exist any other solution when visitor go to select area to search (real estate) appear a map with the indicated options(of select element) in the map ???
