Problem is he didn't back-up the hard drive. Any ideas on how to get to the data on the cheap? Regards! I was only interested in my recovering my files (which I did) - programs can be reloaded easily and the operating system is always resident on a replacement machine. _____________________________ Larry M. Then he cracked open the mac power book and used its version of windows to finnish the project.
