Viewed in both FF & IE7, I didn't see any "blinking" unless you're referring to the right side graphics transition effect which is normal. Nor do I associate a particular operating system with final internet rendering.

As to Mickey Soft Vista itself, my guess is very few OutFronters use it due to the universal bad press it has, ah, enjoyed :)

Yes even i cant see any blinks !! if it appears in your computer then its of your computers problem try to change the resolution of your monitor and which software you are using for coding is also an important factor.
