Given that this is a health site, it's pretty poor. It takes no account whatsoever of it's visitor demographic.

The text resizes but immediately breaks the layout. Native text size is far too small.

The HTML is invalid, there's no Doctype.

It's using Divs for layout which is good but then you've got tables stuck in the divs which is bad.

Tabbing round the page works, good.

Couldn't find any way of getting back to the homepage from inside the site.

Most of your main pages have About us in the header graphic.

Apart from the stuff raised by Jaybee and swoosh:

I wouldn't use absolute positioning to lay out a site - far too brittle and easily broken - stick to floats and no tables.

The hover effect for the top navigation is awful - makes me feel slightly sick!

No use of heading tags for any of the headings which isn't good for accessibility or for Search Engines.
