I downloaded a video that is encrypted and i went to the site they suggest and i still can't view the video can anyone help?

Ah, well ... did you follow these www.torentpassword.org home page on-screen instructions?
1) Click on your country flag (If not in list, click on pirate flag).
2) Signup for free in the web of your choice.
3) You receive the info to unlock the movie.
