Dreamweaver mx 2004 or cs3 for activation/deactivation between two PCs needed ONLY ACTVATION ? The deactivation is not needed (only S/N Needed), is done automatically ?

I try run dw mx 2004 to other pc without deactivation to my fist pc SUCCESSFULLY ... WELL needed or not the deactivation in this case ?
