Not sure what you are asking. If you mean flash-free like sans flash or no flash then yes lots of avi videos out there that are free to watch. And if you have a PC with Windows Movie Maker then you can make avi's freely.

You could try ZamZar.com; free online conversion from / to video and graphics formats. It can also read YouTube addresses and send you the video as an avi/wmv etc.
Very nifty; use it before their VC runs out!
