username5 -> scripting issue? Site doesn't display www in address bar (6/12/2008 14:56:19)

I am having an issue with my website that I created in EW, the forms won't work unless you type in the entire URL including the www because if you only type in the last part of the url the www doesn't display automatically like it does for most websites. My host said this is a scripting issue but of course could not help me. Does anyone know how to get my site to automatically display the www even if it is not typed in?
the order form and free quote form work at this url:
www.customcontentcompany.com
but not at this one:
customcontentcompany.com
after you click submit it prompts you for a user name and password to connect to the server.
