Mav44 -> Best software for building RSS feed for Frontpage site (6/16/2008 2:09:43)

Hi,
I have been using a code that created a macro in Frontpage that generates an RSS.xml file. I need to have more control over dates and links and it would be nice if I could set up to run once a week and upload the file to my site.
Does anyone have any suggestions on a good RSS software that won't break the bank and will work in harmony with a Frontpage site? Perhaps even some type of third party Frontage plug-in.
