itzbran Posts: 56 Joined: 5/16/2008 Status: offline	2 Computer Problems Please Help! - 6/20/2008 15:37:41 Hi, Does anyone know how to fix these 2 problems on my laptop computer. I have a Dell Inspiron 700m and I bought it in 2005. Problem 1: Every time I turn on my computer, when the desktop loads, a message pops up: C://windows/system32rngqvw.dll The specific module could not be found. I may have deleted that file or not. Does anyone have a copy of this file or knows how I can make that message to stop popping up. Thanks. Problem 2: Whenever I try to open the folder "My Videos" This message pops up: Windows Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. What is wrong? Thank you very much.
