2 Computer Problems - 7/6/2008 19:12:14

Problem 1:
Whenever I turn on my computer and the desktop loads, a small window with a message pops up. It says:

C://windows/system32rngqvwgn.dll The specific module could not be found.

Do you happen to have a copy of this file? I think I might have accidentally deleted it.

Problem 2:

There seems to be a problem with “My Videos” folder. I use Windows Movie Maker quite often to create movies. As you know, after you create movies, the computer automatically stores the “newly created” movies into your “My Videos” folder. However, whenever I try to open “My Videos” folder, a message pops up. It says:

Windows is experiencing problems and it needs to be shut down.

Then I have no choice but to click on the “Ok” button.

Do you know what the problem is?

Isn't there a slash after 32? Googling rngqvwgn.dll brings up nothing. Are you on vista or xp?

Problem #2 sounds like a full disk maybe. Especially if you have lots of videos. They take up a lot of space. Check properties of your C drive to see how much space is left.

What are your system's specs?
