As it stands it's a good resource but I notice they haven't published the css tutorials yet.

When they do, a word of warning. Opera tends to be a browser at the cutting edge of css, it's usually way ahead of other browsers especially in some of the more obscure css possibilities. Be very careful as you can spend hours getting something to work perfectly then find it's impossible to get other browsers to do the same.
