64-bit version of Windows Vista - 7/14/2008 22:12:23
More and more consumer PC’s are being offered with a 64-bit version of Windows Vista Home Premium. Just this weekend I looked at Best Buy and Circuit City ads and all of their upper end desktops have 64-bit version of Windows Vista pre-installed. Yet when you Google 64-bit version of Windows Vista, you see a ton of issues displayed, from driver problems to hardware problems. Especially game problems with graphics drivers. So, just what is going on here? You can't even get a high end desktop at a big box store, (even Costco) without a 64-bit version of Windows Vista pre-installed. Any thoughts on what gives here?
