Please forgive me if this has already been answered, because I'm not sure I'm wording it correctly. I have some long distance clients that require training. I was hoping we could teleconference and share computer screens (I would want to view their screen on my pc). Does anyone know what software would work for this? Many sites I've visited have little information, but offer a free trial. I'm wondering if anybody regularly uses such a program and could make a suggestion. Thanks, Carrie

It is pretty expensive, and mainly tailored for companies that are running online help type programs. We bought the B200 a few weeks ago and are in the process of getting it all setup. In the mean time, we're using PcHelpware, we have it completely branded for our company too. Our support agent runs a program, then has the client download and run an .exe file. They are presented with an image like this: When they click "Connect" it automatically connects them to the support agent. Only one support agent is able to connect to a client at one time. It gets around all hardware firewalls, and most software firewalls.
