Calling all DreamWeaver Experts! - 8/16/2008 16:20:43
Kia Ora, folks!
I'm tired of relying on old, substandard Dreamweaver tutorials. Here's the lowdown.
I'm creating a small website at school, for a few reasons.
1) so I can learn about websites, HTML, CSS and all that.
2) because we're studying websites at school, but I'd rather use Dreamweaver than an old version of FrontPage.
3) general enjoyment.
I'm fine with all the Photoshop work and slicing up my image. My website design is complete. However. I need some kind person to assist me, the lowly noob, in getting this bad-boy into Dreamweaver as well as up and running.
The site itself is a 4 page job. I got given a topic of creating a guide to buying a computer, so I have the 'Welcome' page, 'Components' page, 'Internet' page and 'Buying' page. I've browsed a few things on Pixel2Life's website, but I've come up short.
If anyone could be kind enough to help me, please please please either send me a PM or email me, at sam_symons [at] live [dot] com.
For the mean time, I can't think of any incentive to help me (besides...feeling nice about helping a person in need?), but I dunno, I might be able to find a reward. I just dunno what yet.
Anyway...hope I get some replies. Getting desperate. I only need help with getting my site into DreamWeaver, getting a template sorted to make my 4 pages for the text to go on, and a repeating region so that I can obviously put more text on the components page (I'll probably need quite a bit) than the others.
