I m new on online world and heare from my frnds that we can earn money from net by making web and put adsense or other advertisement on web.
my some frnds also earn up to 300$ a month.
now i want to know that what is the best and easy language to run a web.
MY topic is providing a service list to other like a submission service, forum posting, signature link and any other.
plz give me and suggestion.
also about any SW.

Well you might make a few pennies but I have not heard of anyone getting rich on adsense.
"MY topic is providing a service list to other like a submission service, forum posting, signature link" ... That sentence bothers me as you are not providing any content of any substance so you may not get many hits.
What language? Use the language you are familiar with as you will be making the changes to the web so you need to know that language.
