Add multiple addresses from "to" or "cc&... - 8/19/2008 17:30:36
I get a lot of email from my newsletter that will have multiple addresses to be added to my contacts list in either the to or cc fields. Currently I must select each one, then right click, then select save to address book. Is there an easier way or outlook add-on that will allow me to select all and add to my contacts list?

Thanks for any help!

I hate to keep posting my own answers but it might help someone with the same problem. I ended up purchasing an outlook add-on from http://www.sperrysoftware.com/Outlook/Add-Email-Address.asp . It ran me $25 and I can point it at any folder and it will extract the addresses from the "to" and the "cc" field and add them to my contacts. I set up a new folder and just throw any email with multiple contacts in and scan with the program. I can also select which contact folder I want the names added to which is helpful. I was also able to copy a colum of email addresses in an excel document, paste them in the "to" area of an email, save a copy of the email to my made up folder, and then scan and add the addresses to my contact list automatically.
