What's this? >>>------> /?src=google - 8/25/2008 14:21:10
I recently clicked on a link pointing from Google to another site, when I saw this

/?src=google

flash across the information bar at the bottom of my browser's screen. At first I presumed it was somehow appended to the end of the Google link and identified Google as the referring site. Then I considered that maybe it was a way for the pointee to identify the visit was from Google.

Any ideas?
