Does Title Tag in Includes effect page rank? - 12/5/2008 16:44:18
Hi,
We are consistently on the bottom of the first page of Google for our #1 keyword, which I am grateful for.
But of course, I always try to optomize the site to show even higher.
As you know, relevent Title Tags are imperative to good ranking. Since we switched to new web programmer last year, our Title Tags have been in the includes. Shouldn't the home page title just be on the home page, and not in the inlcudes of every page on our site? Can this effect us negatively?

In reality your Page Rank has no relationship with the actual rankings of your website ie SERPS.
Therefore I would ask this question "Whether it is worth to devote time into Page Rank ?"
"Is your website visitor concerned about your Page Rank or your website content ?"
Page Rank is just a metric which can gauge the overall popularity of a given domain. It cannot be used as a parameter to judge SEO ranking strength of any given website.
