You might check out Yahoo as well for a shopping cart solution. However, keep in mind that you might be limited on what you can change as far as the HTML if you are wanting to have access to that. Metalinks has a pretty easy, basic shopping cart. Back to Yahoo - they also offer an electronic payment gateway as well (Cybersource / Authorize.net, Payflow, LinkPoint / YourPay / First Data Global Gateway, Quantum are some examples of other gateways). Some gateways charge a flat monthly fee, while some will give you a few transactions free and then charge, some charge a flat rate on each transaction, and some might charge a percentage. This is on top of what the merchant account provider will charge you, so keep that in mind. As far as carts - are you wanting a hosted solution (LinkPoint might still have a cart available) or do you want to host it yourself (if so, ASP, .NET, PHP)? You will also want to look at PCI DSS as well since you are just starting up. Most merchant account providers will want you to be compliant within a certain amount of days
