moto377 -> Server Error: Error 5 Help Needed (1/24/2009 14:41:52)

Everytime I start FP2003 I get the following error:
Server error: Error 5 opening registry key "SOFTWARE\Classes\.3dr"
The only way to eliminate this from happening is if I first start the Microsoft SharePoint Administrator, select "Administration" then select "Upgrade virtual server with FrontPage Server Extensions 2002" and then select the "Submit" button. If I do this before opening FP, then when I open FP my previous website I was working on opens just fine (I don't get the above error).
Anyone know what is causing this and how to eliminate it?
