Stat Browserrep File?

I've FTPed my site three times. The last two times I've received a message stating there is a "stat/BROWSERREP" file on my server that doesn't exist on my local site. What is that file? Thanks.

The host probably has a statistics service installed and that folder is where the information is stored. Not to worry.
